Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed directly through hurtleuk.uk and delivered within the United Kingdom only.


Shipping Within the UK Only

Hurtle ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We currently do not ship to:

  - Northern Ireland: All BT postcodes (including Belfast)

  - Channel Islands: Jersey (JE) and Guernsey (GY)

  - Isle of Man: IM postcodes

  - Isles of Scilly: TR21 – TR25

  - Isle of Wight: PO30–PO41

A delivery surcharge applies to certain remote areas, including:

  - Scottish Highlands & Islands: AB31–AB56, IV, KW, HS, ZE, and specific island or remote ranges within PA and PH


At this time, we do not deliver internationally or ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom.


Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping applies to all orders. Some oversized or special-handling products may require a delivery surcharge. This will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

Any shipping charges (if applicable for special items or services) will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. 

Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. (UK time) are usually dispatched the same day.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Total estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days, including processing.

  • Remote delivery locations


Delivery Responsibility

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, but we work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing more than one item may be shipped in separate packages.

If your order ships in multiple parcels, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each shipment.


Carriers & Tracking

We ship using trusted UK delivery carriers, which may include:

  • Royal Mail

  • UPS

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress.


Fulfilment Location

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our authorised UK distribution network to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
